I love this picture! Yesterday I was glued to my tv as well as having my lap top on cnn. I am so proud of our progress of a country. However, we have so much further to go but this is a beautiful start. He seems ready to make change and I am right behind him. Along with his strong, fly black woman on his side.
Tears were in my eyes, wishing I was there (I returned my ticket because of the crowds, me being pregnant my mom thought it would not be a good idea) However I have 8 years to make it to see him in person...YES I said 8 years. And I know I will do it.
I am so excited to start this new year with a new baby, a new president, new goals, and just a new attitude. I can do it and I will!
