Moving? I HATE moving!

Pics from where I live now...

Here is the problem. I loveeeeee where I live now, however it is VERY expensive and it is hard to maintain without the baby here and I know when the baby comes money is going to start flying out of our pockets for things. My friend pay $15 bucks an hour for her nanny. So if we want to go to dinner and a movie not only do we have to pay for the dinner and the movie but the sitter. That could be one expensive date. And I do have tons of friends that have offered to babysit but there are VERY few of them that I would trust with my child. Sorry guys.

So back to moving. We basically need to move to a cheaper place but a place that has 2/3 bedrooms and a washer and dryer. I will not be in a laundry matt/room with a stroller, crying baby and a laundry basket. I am soooo spoiled where I live now, if you have been to my place you know what I am talking about. Every place I look at does not add up or looks unsafe to bring a baby into.

My lease is up one week before I am due and I am not trying to wait until then. I can not buy a house because it takes forever to close, and we don't have house money.

These are my options:
*Break my lease and move to a place I don't like just because it is cheaper. (and most likely move in a year since I don't like it)
*Stay and struggle with the high rent and try to move when Skyla is about 3 months
*Ideally find a place that we love (still have to break our lease but at least we would not leave for a while)

Let me know what you think. If you know a place we can move that has:
* atleast 1,000 square feet (this is small compared to where I am now but I who cares)
* washer/dryer
* parking
* 2/3 bedrooms
* large closets
* new bathroom and kitchen (or at lease remodeled. Don't like nasty kitchens and bathrooms)
*lots of natural light
*not on a busy street (street noise is annoying)
*pet friendly (I have a dog and a cat)

Thanks yall.

Oh and congrats to my friends Derrick and Bianca they both found new nice apartments. Dont be surprised if you see us moving in.
