No on Prop 8 Rally!

On Wednesday Nov 5 the day after our amazing election, some things were not found to be so happy here in Los Angeles. Proposition 8 was a California State ballot proposition that would amend the state Constitution, to limit marriage to unions between a man and a woman, overturning a recent California Supreme Court decision that had recognized same-sex marriage in California as a fundamental right.

I am strongly against Prop 8. I believe that everyone should have the same rights. I went to a powerful rally in West Hollywood with my closest friends to rally against this horrible prop. There were thousands of people at the rally. Gay, straight, young and old we talked about what our next steps should be. People told there love stories and people cried at the fact that they were being victims of hate (h8) by their own state.
